We aim to send all orders out within 5 working days of receipt. If you need your order for a special occasion then let us know and we will do our best to get it to you on time.

Delivery - Lost in transit

All orders are subject to Royal Mail terms.

Recorded Delivery: parcels are not considered lost/missing by Royal Mail until 15 days after the date of dispatch. We are therefore unable to refund for or to resend an order lost in transit until 15 days after the dispatched date.

International Signed for: parcels are not considered lost/missing by Royal Mail until 20-25 days after the date of sending for Europe and Worldwide. We are therefore unable to refund for or to resend an order lost in transit until 20-25 days after the dispatched date.

Delivery Costs

All orders are subject to a £4.75 delivery fee. Free delivery is offered on all orders over £75. Orders Overseas are subject to a delivery fee of £5.50 for Europe and £8.50 Worldwide.

Full and proper payment to be made and cleared before items will be dispatched.

Returns Policy

We hope that you are truly enchanted with your purchase. However, if this is not the case, please return it to us within 14 days in its original condition and we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase. We cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost on their way to us. If returning a product to us, please retain proof of posting.

Packaging

Purchases will be sent out wrapped in tissue paper with any relevant care instructions included and securely packed.

Handmade

All our bags are handmade using an array of textiles. These fabrics can be vintage, recycled or discontinued ranges. Some of our bags are further embellished with trims, embroidery, transfers and jewellery. All aspects combined to create an exclusively designed bag which we hope will charm and enchant you.

Care Instructions

The combination of fabrics will require most items to be washed by hand in cool water with immense care. We will send out any relevant care instructions for individual items when they are purchased.
